Shipping and Delivery Policy

As the manufacturer does not have any logistics company of its own and is reliable on 3PLs (3rd Party Logistics) for shipping there are certain policies that are followed:
- All disputes related to Damage, Fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be entertained.
- Courier partners shall entertain claims related to damage only if negative remarks are mentioned on the POD copy. However, if the POD copy is clean, courier partners shall not accept any claim.
- The manufacturer will not make any refunds or resend a product if any order is not delivered due to any reason and processed for RTO.
- For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
- Orders are shipped within 4-6 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
Project X Placements is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4-6 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
How is shipping calculated?
The manufacturer offers a flat price of Rs. 60 per 500 gms for every domestic order. Depending upon the total weight of the products in an order, the shipping price can vary.

For example, if you want to ship 1 Mug and 2 Phone Cases to the same address, the total weight would be 500 + 125 + 125 = 750 gms. The total shipping would be Rs. 120
Cash on Delivery is an additional Rs. 50 for every order, irrespective of the weight of your package.
Change of Shipping Address
You can change your shipping address as long as the item has not been shipped. Since it is up to the courier company to honour this request, it is better to do it as soon as possible, after the package is in transit.
Please note: If an item has already been processed for shipping, no such request shall be considered.
