ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical assistance to account/program customers.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries, concerns, and service/sales order issues.
• Maintain precise records and reports of customer inquiries and sales orders.
• Seize customer interactions as a chance to build customer loyalty and minimize attrition.
• Work closely with a team of Technical Support Representatives (TSRs) and assist the Team Leader in enhancing individual and team performance.
• Play a role in accomplishing individual and team objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support (International BPO) or a similar role
• Comfortable with rotational night shift environment and work from office (WFO) or work from home (WFH)
SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and programs
• Strong knowledge of contact center phone etiquette and a customer-centric approach
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
