ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Adobe software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access
  • Installation and configuration of Adobe professional software applications
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills and exposure to voice support and remote support
  • Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
  • Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system takes ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers

SELECTION CRITERIA
  • Education: Graduate candidates
  • Experience: 06+ months Technical / International Customer Support Experience
  • International Customer Service experience is mandatory
  • Applicants should be willing for WFO
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills
  • Applicants should possess basic technical awareness
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
