ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Adobe software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access
- Installation and configuration of Adobe professional software applications
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills and exposure to voice support and remote support
- Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system takes ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers

- Education: Graduate candidates
- Experience: 06+ months Technical / International Customer Support Experience
- International Customer Service experience is mandatory
