Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible to provide voice support as a Level 1 technician.
  • Take ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers.
  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access
  • Support for VOIP Services, Email Services, Microsoft Office 365 Apps, Microsoft Exchange
  • Use call, email, and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
  • Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.

  • 06+ months experience in technical/ telecom/ International customer Support (Voice Support)
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, VOIP Services
