Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to provide voice support as a Level 1 technician.
- Take ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers.
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access
- Support for VOIP Services, Email Services, Microsoft Office 365 Apps, Microsoft Exchange
- Use call, email, and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Undergraduate/Graduates
- 06+ months experience in technical/ telecom/ International customer Support (Voice Support)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient verbal and written English language skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, VOIP Services
