Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for voice support as a Level 1 technician.
• Provide support to customers/clients on the phone, and remote access.
• Take ownership of cases escalated from less senior engineers.
• Support for VOIP Services, Email Services, Microsoft Office 365 Apps, Microsoft Outlook and Exchange.
• Assist clients over calls with quick answers to simple IT issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers/clients install applications and programs.
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Undergraduate/ Graduate Candidates
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and sound technical knowledge
• 06+ months of experience in technical/ International Customer Support (Voice)
• Basic knowledge of VOIP, MS Outlook, Exchange Server, Office 365
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must possess sound technical knowledge
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
