Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ā€¢ Inbound technical support for a leading cloud-based communication brand.
ā€¢ Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone and remote access.
ā€¢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based communication services.
ā€¢ Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.
ā€¢ Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
ā€¢ Stay up-to-date on Intermedia products and services and industry trends.
ā€¢ Document cases, customer interactions, technical issues, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.
ā€¢ Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

SELECTION CRITERIA
ā€¢ High School Diploma or equivalent
ā€¢ Freshers with excellent communication skills and sound technical knowledge
ā€¢ Basic knowledge of VOIP phone systems, email hosting, file sharing & synchronization, Office 365, MS Outlook, Exchange Server
ā€¢ Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO

REQUIRED SKILLS
ā€¢ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
ā€¢ Knowledge of basic computer applications and programs
ā€¢ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
ā€¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
