ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Inbound technical support for a leading cloud-based communication brand.
ā¢ Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone and remote access.
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based communication services.
ā¢ Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.
ā¢ Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
ā¢ Stay up-to-date on Intermedia products and services and industry trends.
ā¢ Document cases, customer interactions, technical issues, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.
ā¢ Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

SELECTION CRITERIA
ā¢ High School Diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Freshers with excellent communication skills and sound technical knowledge
ā¢ Basic knowledge of VOIP phone systems, email hosting, file sharing & synchronization, Office 365, MS Outlook, Exchange Server
ā¢ Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
REQUIRED SKILLS
ā¢ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
ā¢ Knowledge of basic computer applications and programs
ā¢ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
