Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide voice support for leading American data storage device manufacturers (Internal / External/ Network Attached Storage)
  • Installation and configuration of Storage Devices (DAS and NAS)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs
  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access to give quick answers to simple IT issues.
  • Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system take ownership of the cases escalated from less senior engineers.
