Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide voice support for leading American data storage device manufacturers (Internal/ External/Network Attached Storage)
  • Installation and configuration of Storage Devices (DAS and NAS)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs
  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access to give quick answers to simple IT issues.
  • Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system take ownership of the cases escalated from less senior engineers.
  • Support for Storage Devices
  • Direct Attached Storage (Internal / External Storage Drives) & Network Attached Storage

SELECTION CRITERIA
  • Graduates/Undergraduates Freshers from any other stream with good technical awareness will be considered
  • Candidates with 6+ months of Technical/ Telecom Support experience are highly preferred
  • International customer service experience will be considered if the applicant holds good technical knowledge
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
