​ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and remote access.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and provide accurate solutions
• Installation and configuration of Adobe professional software applications.
• Research customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and take ownership of cases escalated from less senior engineers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 06 months of experience in Technical Support / International Customer Support
• Immediate joiners willing to work night shifts and from the office

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and programs
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
