ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Adobe software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access
- Installation and configuration of Adobe professional software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and exposure to voice support and remote support
- Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
- Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system takes ownership of hot and/or more political cases escalated from less senior engineers

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Education: Graduate candidates
- Experience: 06+ months experience in Technical / International Customer Support
- Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are considered
- Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient verbal and written English language skills
- Applicants should possess basic technical awareness
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
