ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inbound Technical Support for leading American data storage device manufacturer (Internal/ External/Network Attached Storage).
• Provide support to customers via phone and remote access to give quick answers to simple IT issues.
• Installation and configuration of Western Digital Storage Devices (DAS and NAS).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs.
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and escalate cases to senior engineers.
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

• Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
• Shift timings: Night Shifts (Rotational)
• Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Undergraduate/Graduate Candidates
• Freshers with excellent communication skills
• Candidates with IT/Technical Support experience are highly preferred
• International customer service experience will be considered if the applicant holds good technical knowledge
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must possess sound technical knowledge
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
