ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle outbound calls for Canadian telecom queries and convert them into sales
• Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Help customers identify their ideal subscriptions based on their suggestions and requirements.
• Providing solutions to customer’s queries, and handling their objections effectively
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
• Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate them to the best level possible.
• Updating information on CRM and maintaining a detailed database of all the prospective leads and their status

• Working Days: 06 Days (Rotational)

REQUIREMENTS
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Min 09 months of International sales/upselling experience
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO/WFH
• Localised candidates (Delhi & Gurugram) preferred. Others must relocate before the joining date.
