Job Description

​​ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately through voice support.
• Provide accurate information to customers on products and services offered by the client process.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams for a quick resolution.
• Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Achieve set targets and goals through quality customer service and efficient time management.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, and promotions in order to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments using the internal database.
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

• Location: Infotech Centre, Sector 21, Gurgaon
• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 06 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 01 Day (Rotational)

SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary (Fresher): Upto ₹22,000 CTC Monthly
• Salary (Experienced): Upto ₹24,000 CTC Monthly
• Incentives: Upto ₹5,000
• PF & ESIC
• One Side /both Side cab service

REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 06+ months of experience in Travel/Customer Service with GDS knowledge
• Freshers with Excellent communication skills are considered
• Applicants must be willing to work rotational shifts from the office and be able to start immediately.

SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution System)
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
