Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service to Odigeo customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries and requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to quality and performance standards while handling customer interactions to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 06 months of experience in international customer support
• Immediate joiners willing to work rotational shifts from the office
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of customer service policies and procedures related to travel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
