Job Description

​ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide excellent customer service to Lufthansa Airlines passengers.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats promptly.
• Handle and resolve queries related to ticket booking, reservations, cancellations, and baggage.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions following Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

• Location: Infotech Centre, Sector 21, Gurgaon
• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

• Salary (Fresher): Up to ₹21,000 CTC Monthly
• Salary (Experienced): Up to ₹26,000 CTC Monthly

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Undergraduates with min 06 months of experience in international voice support or a similar role
• Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts from the office and ability to start immediately.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the travel and airline industry is a plus
• Understanding of customer service policies and procedures related to travel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
