Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients of eSky.com.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, resolving issues, and providing information about travel services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive problem-solving and personalized service.

• Location: Infotech Centre, Sector 21, Gurgaon
• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 01 year of experience in international customer support
• Immediate joiners willing to work rotational shifts from the office
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proficiency in using Amadeus system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of customer service policies and procedures related to travel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
