ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for handling outbound calls for Canadian telecom queries and converting them into sales.
• Provide exceptional customer experience by uncovering customer needs through engaging conversations, effective listening, and questioning techniques.
• Recommend and promote products and services such as cellphone connections, tablets, smartwatches, etc., that best meet customer requirements.
• Drive sales by building connections and leveraging persuasive selling concepts.
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
• Updating information on CRM and maintaining a detailed database of all the prospective leads and their status

REQUIREMENTS
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Min 01 year of experience in Outbound Sales (International BPO) or a similar role
• Comfortable with rotational night shift environment and work from office (WFO) or work from home (WFH)
SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in contact center phone etiquette and customer-centric approach
• Active listening skills with persuasive abilities
• Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of selling concepts
