ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Frontier process.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• High School diploma or equivalent
