Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for voice support as an advisor.
• Provide support to customers/clients on the phone, remote access
• Inbound customer queries (billing, rate plans, service activations, credits and adjustments, technical troubleshooting & complaints).
• Take ownership of cases escalated from less senior engineers.
• Assist clients over calls with quick answers to simple IT issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers/clients install applications and programs.
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS
• Undergraduate/ Graduate Candidates
• 01+ Years experience in International Customer Service / Technical Support (Voice)
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO

SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must possess sound technical knowledge
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic level of computer proficiency. Working knowledge of MS Office applications like Word & Excel
