Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Investigate customer complaints and work towards resolving customer issues effectively
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Trainline services to customers
• Document customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and resolutions
• Assist customers with ticket purchases and other transactions
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest innovative solutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
• Adhere to customer service policies and procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality service

REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of International customer service (BPO) experience
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
• Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and work from the office

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
