Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by call, chat or email.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Taking ownership of customer’s issues and following problems through to resolution
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Responsible to deliver high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system takes ownership
• Good customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Undergraduate/Graduate candidates
• Minimum 06 months of International Customer Support (BPO) experience.
• Candidate with chat support experience is highly preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Good customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
