ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to passengers via chat, email, or phone to handle airline-related inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
  • interact directly with travellers and work to ensure a smooth arrival and departure processes.
  • Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system takes ownership

SELECTION CRITERIA
  • Undergraduate/ Graduates
  • 06+ Months of experience in the travel domain
  • Travel Sales/ support experience is highly preferred.
  • International Voice Support Experience is a must
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • should be willing for WFO/WFH.
  • Selected candidates have to visit the office, on the day of joining (onboarding/ Induction/ documentation)
  • Training from office after that WFH.
