ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Q-Check/Schedule Change Process
  • Good customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
  • Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
  • Negotiate any customisations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Graduate/Undergraduates
• 1+ year International travel (GDS) Exprience
• Candidate must have min 01 years travel GDS in last company
• should not have more than 6 Months employment gap
• Applicant should be vaccinated and must be willing for WFO/WFH.
• Fluent English Language verbal and written skills
