ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide first call resolution & build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile
• To provide support during business contingencies which may arise including mass disruptions.
• To deliver departmental and/or team targets to attain customer service and revenue.
• Learning ability to get cross-skilled on various insurance products and various channels – email, chat, voice.
• Up-selling and cross-selling products as an offering to treat all customers fairly.
• Active listening skills with amazing convincing skills and Customer related approach
• To play a leading role in an ongoing programme of process and quality improvement through the implementation of new technology and new working method.
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
• Undertake any contact centre-related jobs entrusted from time to time.

• Shift timings: Any 09 hours shift b/w 6:30 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. (UK Shift timings)
• Working hours: 09 hours (7.5 hours of login)
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Offs: 2 Days (Rotational)
