Job Description

​ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients of Clutter, a leading storage and moving company, through various communication channels including voice calls, emails, and chats.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and efficiently, ensuring accurate resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to effectively resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

SELECTION CRITERIA
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 01 year of experience in International Customer Support
• Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners willing to work night shifts and from the office

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

INTERVIEW PROCEDURE
• 1 – HR (Telephonic interview)
• 2 – AMCAT (B2 Grade)
• 2 – Ops (Video/Telephonic interview)
