ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide top-notch customer service for YouTube TV subscribers
• Address customer queries, concerns, and issues through inbound calls
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 06 months of experience in International voice process
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
