Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide support to customers via phone, email, and/or remote access
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and exposure to voice support and remote support
– Good customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
– Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency, Numerical Ability, High level of accuracy
– Energetic, friendly, and approachable individuals that understand the impact of great customer service
– Responsible to deliver high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets
– Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
– Documents cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Graduation mandatory
• 06+ Months of experience in international BPO/ technical support
• Graduate Freshers with fluent/excellent communication skills
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
