Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond promptly and professionally to EA Sports customer inquiries by Chat, email, or Voice call.
• Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
• Work with supervisors to ensure cases are properly assigned and resolved.
• Provide high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets.
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and take ownership of cases escalated from less senior engineers.
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Graduate/ Undergraduate Candidates
• 1+ Year experience in Chat/Customer Service (BPO)
• Experience gap should not be more than 06 Months
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
