Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by chat or email.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Taking ownership of customer’s issues and following problems through to resolution
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Responsible to deliver high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and takes ownership
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Graduation Mandatory
• Fresher with excellent verbal and written English language skills
• International Customer/ chat support experience is highly preferred
