ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for creating an exceptional 1st-time customer experience.
• Receive inbound customer requests & evaluate information.
• Provide support to customers/clients on the phone.
• Work with supervisors to ensure cases are properly assigned and resolved.
• Provide high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets.
• Document cases, recommendations and resolutions clearly in the CRM system.
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Graduation mandatory
• 06+ Months of experience in international BPO/ technical support
• Graduate Freshers with fluent/excellent communication skills
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
