Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide an assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

JOB DETAILS

• Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
• Shift timings: Rotational Shifts | 6:00 am – 1:00 am (Any 09 hour Shift) | Post 10:00 pm cab facility will be provided
• Working Days: 06 Days
• Offs: 01 Rotational week off

SELECTION CRITERIA

EDUCATION
• Graduation Mandatory
• 10/12 +3 years of diploma can also apply

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 01+ year of experience in Customer Support (BPO)/similar Customer Service roles
• Candidates with chat/non-voice experience are highly preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Hands-on experience with help desk software, CRM & remote support tools.
• Proficient communication skills (English – verbal & written)
• Multi-tasking abilities & problem-solving skills
