ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service through chat support for ADT customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
• Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals and objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers.

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 01 year of experience in International Customer Support (Preferably in chat)
• Immediate joiners willing to work night shifts and from the office
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Typing Speed: 30 WPM
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
