ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Air India services and policies through chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to company policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 06 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 01 Day (Rotational)
SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary (Fresher): Upto ₹20,000 CTC Monthly
• Salary (Experienced): Upto ₹22,000 CTC Monthly
• Incentives: Performance Based
• PF & ESIC
• Cab Service for Night Shifts
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree or Travel Diploma
• 06+ months of experience in Travel/Customer Service
• Graduate Freshers with Good communication skills are considered
• Willingness to work rotational shifts from the office and start immediately
SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the travel industry is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
