Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

Create, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Utilize a mix of digital channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Campaign Management:

Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Content Management:

Coordinate with content creators to produce relevant and engaging content for the company’s digital platforms.
Oversee the content schedule and ensure timely delivery and publication across all digital channels.
SEO and SEM:

Manage the company’s SEO strategy to increase organic traffic.
Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements to the digital marketing strategy.
Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and present insights to the senior management team.
Budget Management:

Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Track and control expenditures and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and effective marketing communication.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing programs and initiatives.
Stay Updated with Digital Trends:

Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with new channels, techniques, and strategies to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s CRM system.
Ensure that customer data is properly segmented for targeted marketing campaigns.
Compliance and Privacy:

Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Maintain an understanding of digital marketing laws and guidelines to avoid any legal issues.
