Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Responsible for generating leads, sales and business development of all offline retail categories to sell DotPe products ā F&B, Malls, Multiplex, Educational Institutes, Grocery, Hospitals, etc
ā¢ Identifying new opportunities for business development
ā¢ Contacting potential merchants for various product offerings
ā¢ Manage end-to-end sales cycle ā presentation, commercial negotiation, defining merchant scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely merchant go live
ā¢ Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
ā¢ Be the point of contact for internal & external stakeholders of DotPe
ā¢ Protects the organisationās value by keeping information confidential.
ā¢ Enhances the organisationās reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
ā¢ Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
ā¢ Responsible for achieving set sales targets.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Education: Graduate/ Undergraduate Candidates
Work Experience:
ā¢ 1-5 Years Experience in B2B Sales /Business Development
ā¢ Applicants with sales experience in retail / hospitality / F&B Aggregators / Retail POS/ software Sales & ERP Systems
SKILLS REQUIRED
ā¢ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
ā¢ Ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
ā¢ Expert understanding of the product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers.
ā¢ A hustler, passionate about working in a high-growth start-up environment.
ā¢ Good market segmentation knowledge
ā¢ Great energy level and self-motivator
