ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform back-office tasks efficiently and accurately as part of the Lufthansa Backoffice team, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks related to flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and other airline-related processes.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve queries, discrepancies, and issues related to back-office operations.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information and company data.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to streamline workflows, identify process improvements, and enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

• Location: Infotech Centre, Sector 21, Gurgaon
• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

• Salary (Experienced): Up to ₹24,000 CTC Monthly

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 06 months of relevant experience in back-office operations or a related field is preferred.
• Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners willing to work rotational shifts and from the office

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with the travel and airline industry is a plus
