Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer queries via email, chat or phone
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if needed
• Provide support to customers on various e-commerce platforms
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Work with the team to achieve common goals and targets

• Shift timings: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm (Rotational Shifts)
• Working Days: 06 Days (Rotational)
• Weekly Offs: 01 Day (Rotational)

SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary: Upto ₹18,500 (₹23,000 CTC) monthly
• Incentives: Based on performance
• PF & ESICE

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 01 year of experience in any domain
• Must have taken both doses of vaccination
• Candidate must be willing to work rotational shifts from the office and able to start immediately.

SKILLS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
