Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond promptly and professionally to Google Shopping customer inquiries.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Responsible to deliver high-quality and productive results that meet the identified targets.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and takes ownership.

• Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
• Shift timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Fixed Day Shifts)
• Working Days (Fixed): 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
• Weekly Offs (Fixed): 2 Days (Sat-Sun)

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Graduation Mandatory
• Freshers with excellent verbal and written English language skills
• International Customer Service/chat support experience is highly preferred
• Must be willing to WFH/WFO. Candidates can be asked to report to the office at any time.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
