ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate will be responsible to provide support as a language interpreter over a voice call.
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts for Language Line Solutions.
- Providing solutions to customer’s queries, handling their objections effectively
- Resolve all Customer Queries and Follow Established Procedures as Appropriate.
- Provide alternatives and apply Superior Service No, Call Handling Skills
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
- Grow and nurture customer relationships in every interaction that results in measurable customer value
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

SELECTION CRITERIA
Education: Graduate and Undergraduate
Experience:
- Freshers with Fluent English and Secondary Language Skills
- Secondary language: Gujarati
