ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to provide support as a language interpreter over a voice call.
  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts for Language Line Solutions.
  • Providing solutions to customer’s queries, handling their objections effectively
  • Resolve all Customer Queries and Follow Established Procedures as Appropriate.
  • Provide alternatives and apply Superior Service No, Call Handling Skills
  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

SELECTION CRITERIA

Education: Graduate and Undergraduates

Experience:

  • 0-10 Years experience Fench Customer Support/ interpreter
  • Fluent English and French Language Skills
  • Freshers with French certification
