Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to customers with baggage queries.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction while handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions.
• Adhering to client and company policies and procedures.
• Keeping up-to-date with all product and service changes.
• Providing feedback on customer issues and trends to management.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions in the company’s systems.
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance guidelines.

• Process: UABD (Airlines Baggage Department)
• Post: Customer Care Associate
• Location: Infotech Centre, Sector 21, Gurgaon
• Shift timings: 24×7 Rotational (any 09-hour shift)
• Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
• Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)
SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary (Fresher): Upto ₹23,000 CTC Monthly
• Salary (Experienced): Upto ₹28,000 CTC Monthly
• Incentives: Performance Based
• PF & ESIC
• One Side /both Side cab service
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 06+ months of experience in international voice support or a similar role
• Freshers with Excellent communication skills are considered
• Applicants must be willing to work rotational shifts from the office and be able to start immediately.
SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the travel and airline industry is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
